Mr. Eisenberg specializes in real estate law and corporate transactions and has a broad range of experience in various other legal matters. He is a transactional attorney and works closely with his clients in structuring and negotiating deals and preparing all related legal documents. His clients include real estate developers and investors, lenders, management companies, restaurant owners, individuals purchasing and selling residences, celebrity chefs, architects, authors, artists, and business owners.
